About me
Based in London, I’m an executive coach, organisational consultant and facilitator who works with transitional founders, CEOs and executives in high-growth technology businesses and progressive corporates. Having already mastered the technical aspects of their craft, I help my clients navigate the complex adaptive challenges associated with executive-level leadership and growth.
My coach-approach means that I don’t bring all the answers, but by combining powerful questions with active listening and two decades of executive coaching and blue chip business advisory experience, I help my clients shine a new light on the path in front of them.
A highly experienced ‘trusted advisor’, my 20+ year career includes nearly a decade’s experience in the Strategy Consulting team at Deloitte, during which time I spent 5 years seconded to Her Majesty’s Treasury as Head of Policy then Head of Operations for the £1.5 billion Equitable Life Payments Scheme. Returning to Deloitte in 2012 I managed the Partner Executive Group for a major account. I became an executive coach in 2013.
